Initially TSA started working with Bruce in August 2001 on his now-published book “Blindsided: A Manager's Guide to Catastrophic Incidents in the Workplace”. One month later 9/11 occurred and the world changed.

We mobilized and implemented a national campaign offering Bruce's expertise for commentary to the local and national media. This campaign was very successful resulting in an extensive number of interviews including, NBC's Today, CNN, Talk Back Live, Headline News, 20/20, 48 Hours, The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Business Week, Fast Company, Smart Money, USA Today, NPR, CNBC, MSNBC, The Weather Channel and The Discovery Channel.

In addition, when the book was published, we mounted a strong media campaign resulting in continued and ongoing media interviews locally and nationally. We then strategically added another component by providing prepared articles to trade publications in numerous industries written by Bruce and other experts on topics applicable to those publications. In eight months, TSA placed more than 25 articles on various topics.
